To fully benefit from the experience, participants are strongly encouraged to:
- Have a foundational understanding of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.
- Be familiar with identifying and working with their own internal system.
- Be comfortable participating in experiential exercises and personal reflection.
Participants may have developed this readiness through experiences such as:
- Completion of an IFS Level 1 Training
- Participation in an Online Circle or another in-depth IFS program
- Consistent experience working with IFS "parts" language and concepts
- Equivalent experiential or clinical exposure beyond introductory learning
While prior IFS experience is strongly encouraged, this program welcomes therapists and non-therapists alike who feel prepared to engage in experiential learning.
