Discover the transformative power of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model in an IFSI flagship experience led by IFS Founder, Dick Schwartz and Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Jeanne Catanzaro.

Across four powerful days, you’ll explore the heart and core principles of the IFS model with Dick and Jeanne, as they guide you through experiential exercises designed to inspire deep personal insight and lasting change. You’ll dive into the intricate concept of "parts," and harness the compassionate leadership of the Self to ignite inner transformation. 

Nestled on 95 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, the Q Center in Saint Charles, Illinois provides the perfect backdrop for renewal and transformation. Wander along the scenic 40-mile Fox River Trail, enjoy a range of activities, or simply unwind in the serene natural surroundings.


Tuition 
Program Tuition: $1,850

Meals Included:
Daily buffet-style lunch, globally inspired with seasonal selections prepared fresh by Q Center's culinary team.
Daily morning and afternoon refreshments.

To help make this event more accessible, a limited number of scholarships are available. 


*We do expect this event to fill quickly. Scholarship recipients will likely be notified after regular registration closes, and spots will be held for those selected. If attending is a priority, we strongly recommend registering at the regular rate to secure your place. 


Accommodations
Registered participants will have the opportunity to add overnight accommodations to their registration. After registering for this program, participants will receive an email with the Q Center's Facility Online Reservation link enabling you to reserve your stay directly with the Q Center, at a discounted rate offered specifically for this program.

Standard Room (1 guest) $201/night*
Executive Room (1 guest): $246/night*
Executive Room (2 guests): $345/night* Room prices include all taxes and fees.

All overnight accommodations also include breakfast and dinner daily, making this a truly all-inclusive experience.

Standard rooms are equipped with an extra-long twin-sized bed.
Executive rooms are equipped with a queen-sized bed and mini-fridge.

  • Jeanne Catanzaro, PhD
    Jeanne Catanzaro, PhD, is a clinical psychologist with more than thirty years of experience treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and trauma. She first trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR before discovering the Internal Family Systems model, which has since become the foundation of her clinical work. Jeanne is the author of Unburdened Eating, an IFS-based approach to healing relationships with food and the body. She has also contributed several book chapters on IFS and eating issues. In addition to her clinical and writing work, Jeanne serves as Vice President and co-owner of the Internal Family Systems Institute, where she helps guide the growth and teaching of IFS worldwide

  • Dick Schwartz, PhD
    Richard C. Schwartz, PhD, is the creator of Internal Family Systems, a highly effective, therapeutic model with a growing evidence base, that de-pathologizes the multi-part personality. Richard is also the Founder of the IFS Institute that primarily offers training for professionals. He is currently a Teaching Associate in Psychiatry, at Cambridge Health Alliance, a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate. Richard has authored or co-authored more than ten books on Internal Family Systems and related topics, including No Bad Parts and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Dick lives near Chicago with his wife Jeanne, Vice President of the IFS Institute, close to his three daughters and six grandchildren.

Professional CEs

Earn up to 22.5 CE Credits

Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements as stipulated by their licensing agency. Please contact your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. Prior to the event, you will receive an email from CE-Go providing access to your personal attendee dashboard and steps to earn CE Credits.


IFS Credits

Earn up to 22.5 IFS Credits

IFS Credits are available to those who've completed IFS Level 1 Training and are working towards IFS Certification/Re-certification. Participants will follow the process described above to complete workshop evaluations and download the certificate. The same certificate will be used for Professional CEs as well as IFS Credits.

Medical Disclaimer + Personal Responsibility

The nature of the IFS learning process may stimulate psychological and emotional issues for participants. Participants are required to take responsibility for maintaining their own safety in IFSI courses. Acknowledging and agreeing to this, is part of the registration process for this event.

IFS workshops and courses as well as associated support from course facilitators are not a substitute for professional mental health care services, or medical care. They are also not intended for clinical diagnosis, or treatment, nor are the information or activities IFS trainings provide intended to replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

Should you experience a mental health, or other emergency. If you are in crisis now or anytime, please contact your local emergency services (for example, 911) or go to the nearest emergency room.


Overnight Accommodations at the Q Center

If you wish to stay overnight at the Q Center, registered participants will receive an email providing information on reserving a room at the Q Center. Through a dedicated "Online Reservation" link, registered attendees are able to make and guarantee their own reservations. IFS Institute cannot make, manage or pay for overnight reservations.

Overnight accommodation includes daily breakfast and dinner, making your stay at the Q Center an all-inclusive experience. Please note: your workshop registration does not include overnight accommodation or the cost of breakfast or dinner.

Credit cards on file will be charged on February 19th, 2026. No refunds are available for lodging cancellations or modifications made after February 24th, 2026.


Refund Policy

Harmony Within Registration

Registrations canceled on or before February 19th, 2026 are eligible for a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds are available for registration cancellations made after February 19th, 2026.


Travel Insurance Recommendation

In the event that something impacts your ability to attend, we highly recommend that participants consider purchasing travel insurance and trip cancellation coverage. While we take every precaution to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, unexpected circumstances can arise that may affect your ability to attend. This insurance may protect any non-refundable costs including registration.

At this time, we do not have specific insurance carriers to recommend and recommend contacting a local independent insurance agent that may provide a quote for coverage.
