This in-person retreat includes:

• Locally sourced, freshly prepared meals, beginning with dinner upon arrival through lunch on departure day.
• Up to three 1440 Signature Classes each day including meditation, yoga, nature walks, art, nutrition and more - classes vary per day.
• Access to campus amenities including the Fitness Center, four miles of nature trails, and the 250-square-foot outdoor infinity tub overlooking the forest.
