Where can I find my Attendee Dashboard link?

Upon registering, you should receive an email from support@ce-go.com with a link to access your Attendee Dashboard. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate the email, you may retrieve your Attendee Dashboard link by clicking HERE.

How long can I access the Conference Recordings?

Participants will now have [EXTENDED] access to the conference recordings and well as conference materials through December 31, 2022. After this date, participants will continue to have access to the attendee dashboard for purposes of printing their certificate of completion, but the individual workshop/session recordings will expire.

Continuing Education Grievances

If a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education activities or processes, please contact Tyler Gibson via confidential email to tyler@celearningsystems.com as soon as possible, so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion.

Refund Policy

Complete your registration risk free through October 18, 2022. If you need to cancel your IFS Conference registration prior to the October 18, 2022, you'll receive your conference registration, less credit card processing fees, as a refund. All cancellations must be submitted to info@ifs-institute.com. No refunds/credits will be given after October 18, 2022.

Technology

This virtual event will be hosted via Zoom Webinar, and you may be prompted to download or upgrade your Zoom app if using a mobile device. A strong WiFi connection will be required for best quality.
We recommend clicking your "Join Webinar" button early and checking that your speakers are on before the event begins. Please do not worry about being seen or heard! Attendee video feeds and mics are turned off by default when entering a webinar. You will be able to ask questions via the Q&A feature.
Please respect that no copying, recording, or distribution of live session content is allowed.
As a reminder, CE's are provided for the "live" sessions only. CE's will not be available for the recordings. The event platform tracks this information and will provide a certificate of completion accordingly.
