IFS Credits
IFS Credits are available to those who've completed IFS Level 1 Training and working towards IFS Certification/Re-certification. The IFS Certification process provides a clear set of actions for the IFS Therapist and IFS Practitioner to undertake in order to demonstrate the competencies and experience necessary to practice the IFS model effectively. The IFS Certification process ensures clarity and is a globally applicable gold-standard for IFS expertise.

Certification adds a measure of consistency in the practice of IFS by providing a way to recognize those who have effectively demonstrated advanced skills of the model and begins after completion of a Level 1 Training. Please contact Certification@ifs-institute.com with any questions.

Intended Audience & Pre-requisites

This intensive is designed for individuals with a foundational understanding of IFS who are seeking a deeper personal exploration of food-related and body-related parts, as well as IFS practitioners wishing to enhance their experiential learning in this area. This program is inclusive of all backgrounds, including non-therapists and those newer to the IFS model. However, this is not an introductory program, and a basic understanding of IFS is strongly recommended.

Recommended Reading

Participants are highly encouraged to read Unburdened Eating by Jeanne Catanzaro, PhD prior to the first session. This book offers foundational language, concepts, and reflective material that supports the work we’ll explore together in the intensive.

Refund Policy

Registrations canceled on or before April 1st, 2026 are eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds are available for registration cancellations made after April 1st, 2026.

Registration Close

To support a safe, connected, and well-prepared group experience, registration for this intensive will close on April 3rd, 2026, prior to the first session. This allows participants time to receive preparation materials and helps the group settle before we begin.

Live Participation

Due to the experiential and relational nature of this intensive, sessions will not be recorded and live attendance is required. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions with their cameras on, as this supports safety, connection, and trust within the learning community. We trust you to know what you need, and if this means turning the camera off during meditations and other exercises, we encourage you to do so. Live attendance is required to receive CE credit for this program.
