Professional CEs
Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements as stipulated by their licensing agency. Please contact your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. As a reminder: Professional CEs are only available for the "live" sessions. Attendance is monitored and partial credit is not awarded.
Prior to the conference, you will receive an email from CE-Go providing access to the conference platform as well as the virtual platform through your personal attendee dashboard link. After the event, you will be able to access the workshop/session evaluations through your dashboard and print your certificate of completion. Your Attendee Dashboard link will be sent to the email account you used to register for the event.
Upon accessing the CE-Go "Attendee Dashboard", you will be able to:
- Based on your registration, Access to all in-person workshop session schedules, and evaluations.
- Based on your registration, Access all virtual workshop sessions, and evaluations.
- Complete evaluation forms for the event, as well as individual sessions.
- Download your continuing education certificate in a PDF format (this certificate can also be submitted for your IFS Certification)

IFS Credits for IFS Certification/Re-certification
Each workshop scheduled at the IFS Conference offers IFS Credits and are available to those who've completed an IFS Level 1 Training working towards IFS Certification or Re-certification. Please note, IFS Credits, as Professional CEs are awarded for full attendance of live sessions. IFS Credits are not available for recording viewing at this time.

Registration Waitlist
While in-person registration is currently sold out, we invite those who still wish to join us in Denver to complete an interest form and we will notify you if tickets become available. We will email those who have submitted their information the necessary details including the day and time new registrations will open. Tickets and workshop options will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Technology
1. The virtual event will be hosted via Zoom Webinar, and you may be prompted to download or upgrade your Zoom app if using a mobile device. A strong Wi-Fi connection will be required for best quality.
2. We recommend clicking your "Join Webinar" button early and checking that your speakers are on before the event begins. Please do not worry about being seen or heard! Attendee video feeds and mics are turned off by default when entering a webinar. You will be able to ask questions via the Q&A feature.
3. Please respect that no copying, recording, or distribution of live session content is allowed. CE's are provided for the "live" sessions only. CE's will not be available for the recordings.
Changing Workshops
We regret we're unable to accommodate any changes to your workshop selections this year. Attendees are required to select their workshops at the time of registration. In order to ensure a smooth experience and prevent overcrowding, we kindly ask that only those who have been assigned to specific workshops in advance, participate in them. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
Refund Policy
In-person Registration Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your registration, kindly submit your request by October 7, 2023. A $50 administrative fee will apply. Please be aware that no refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made after October 7, 2023, 11:59pm CT.
Livestream Keynote Access Registration Cancellation Policy: We are pleased to provide you with a risk-free registration experience through October 20, 2023.
To initiate a cancellation for your in-person or virtual registration, kindly submit your request to conference@ifs-institute.zendesk.com. Please note that any refunds issued will be subject to deduction of any applicable credit card fees in addition to the administrative fee.
