Participant Eligibility & Intended Audience
Because this retreat is deeply immersive and experiential, participants are expected to have a foundational understanding of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model before attending. This familiarity will support your ability to engage fully in the teachings and guided practices, and to explore your own inner parts—and those of your partner(s)—with safety, openness, and care.
Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available to help make this retreat more accessible. If you and your partner(s) would like to attend but the cost is a barrier, we encourage you to apply.
These scholarships are intended to increase access for participants from historically marginalized communities, including Global Majority and LGBTQ+ individuals, who may face systemic barriers to attending retreats like this one. While all applicants are valued, priority will be given to those who have been historically underrepresented in IFS retreats.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life circumstances can change, and we want to be as supportive as possible while also honoring the commitments we make to our retreat venue and faculty.
Cancellations received on or before December 1, 2025, will be refunded in full, minus a $500 administrative fee. After this date, we are unable to offer refunds, as all arrangements will have been finalized.
If you need assistance or have questions, please contact us at Conference@ifs-institute.com
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a retreat environment that feels spacious, steady, and supportive for all participants.
