Certificate of Completion / Attendance Requirements
Attendance Policy
Thank you for participating in this program. We are committed to providing a high-quality, interactive learning experience, and your presence helps create a meaningful experience for everyone.
This program consists of six live, two-hour sessions that build on one another through teaching, guided reflection, demonstrations, experiential exercises, and group discussion. To support your learning, all live sessions will be recorded and made available exclusively to enrolled participants. Recordings may be used to review the material or make up a missed session.
Certificate of Completion
To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must complete all six sessions. Sessions may be completed either by attending live or, if a session is missed, by viewing the recording.
Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Credits
CCE credits are awarded only for live participation. To be eligible for CCE credits, participants must attend at least 5 of the 6 live sessions (a minimum of 10 of the 12 instructional hours). Watching a recording does not count toward the live attendance requirement for CCE credits.
We encourage participants to attend as many live sessions as possible to fully benefit from the program's interactive nature and engage with instructors and fellow participants throughout the learning experience.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Complete your registration risk-free through October 19, 2026.
If you need to cancel your event registration on or before October 19, 2026, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee.
All cancellations must be submitted to info@ifs-institute.com. No refunds will be issued after October 19, 2026, at 11:59 pm ET.
Learning Program and event registrations may not be transferred to another participant.
The Self-Led Coach Cohort 2 IFS Institute Recordings
Photography, Audio and Video Recording: IFS workshop participants may not photograph or make audio or visual recordings of any part of any IFS program sessions. IFS Institute or its agents may photograph and make audio and visual recordings of the sessions (excluding scheduled practice “breakout” groups and “home/reflection” groups). To support your learning, live sessions will be recorded and made available to enrolled participants so you can revisit the material or complete the program asynchronously if you are unable to attend a live session. These recordings are for your personal use as a participant and may not be shared or distributed.
Participants will have access to the program recordings and ongoing access to submit session evaluations to receive the certificate of completion.
